Fitness Bucket List

I spent a lot of time in my youth and teenage years telling myself there were many things I couldn’t do because I was overweight.  And believe me, there were many things I wanted to do but didn’t try for fear of embarrassing myself or failing or opening myself up to criticism from others.

As I’ve progressed on this path towards healthy living I’ve come to value activity as an integral part of the lifestyle I’m adopting.  And suddenly, all those things that I told myself I couldn’t do are finding their way onto a  figurative “list” and into my life.  Since at any given point, I can’t remember every item, and this list keeps growing, I thought it might be nice to have a written down, living document to keep track of it all.  So here’s my fitness bucket list, in no particular order.  I’ll cross out the ones I’ve done as I do them, and edit goals as I see fit.
